Code of Conduct for Partners and Suppliers

Zukai Soken Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") operates under the purpose of "bringing people and society closer together through diagrams," creating positive impacts on society and the environment through its business activities and promoting collaboration with trusted partners.
This code of conduct outlines matters that we ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding, including those of our partner suppliers who provide us with goods or services, as well as those within the entire supply chain, including subcontractors and business partners used by our partner suppliers.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following points.

1. Compliance with laws and social norms

Partner suppliers shall comply with all applicable laws and social norms in the countries and regions in which they conduct business activities, and shall operate their businesses honestly and fairly.
Furthermore, please strive to establish a system that prevents legal violations and fraudulent activities, and that allows for prompt response if problems arise.

2. Respect for human rights

Partners and suppliers will respect the human rights of each employee and stakeholder and treat them with dignity.

(3)     Respect for freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining

Our company places great importance on ensuring a healthy working environment, even in intellectual and creative work, where human dignity is not compromised by excessive burdens or opaque work operations.

3. Health and Safety

Partner suppliers are required to implement appropriate safety and health management measures to protect the safety and health of their employees and all individuals involved in their operations, and to take steps to prevent unforeseen accidents and health problems.

4. Consideration for the global environment

Partners and suppliers shall recognize the environmental impact of their business activities and strive to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.

(3)     Adoption of environmentally friendly materials and methods to the extent possible.

5. Information Security and Information Management

Partners and suppliers must recognize the importance of the information they handle in the course of their business and implement appropriate management and protection measures.

(1 )     Appropriate handling of personal and confidential information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

(2)     Prevention of unauthorized access and data breaches

(3)     Prompt reporting of accidents and implementation of measures to prevent recurrence.

6. Fair trade and partnerships

Partner suppliers shall strive to build fair and honest business relationships that are not based on one-sided power dynamics.

7. Continuous improvement and a cooperative attitude

If a material violation of these standards is found, our company may request corrective action or review the terms of business transactions.
