Tetsuro Kondo
CEO of Illustrated Research Institute
Graduated from the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, Tokyo University of Science. Completed a Master's course in Architecture and Urban Science at the Graduate School of Engineering, Chiba University. Served as director at Fun Corporation KAYAC before going independent. In 2018, his book "Business Model 2.0 Illustrated Guide" became a best-seller with 100,000 copies sold, and in 2020 he founded the visual think tank "Illustrated Research Institute." Working with major companies, research institutes, and government agencies, he works on illustrations that visualize complex information in society, such as environmental issues, policies, and co-creation. His co-authored books include "Accounting Maps," "Purpose Model," "How to Create Illustrations that Understand Business Mechanisms," and "Policy Illustrations."

Makoto Okiyama
CPO, Director of Graph Research Institute
Born in 1995. Graduated from Meiji University's School of Management, Department of Accounting. After working for a management consulting firm, he became a freelancer, currently in his current position. His explanatory articles on note that use illustrations of business and general knowledge books have become popular, with over 30,000 followers. As the Diagram Research Institute, he is engaged in research and sharing both internally and externally the image of the society he aims to create and his raison d'être. He also hosts the "Booked" reading group, which you can join without reading the book, based on illustrations, and provides it to major companies and educational institutions. He has co-authored "How to Create Illustrations that Help You Understand Business Structures" and "Accounting Maps."

Graduated from Kyoritsu Women's University, Faculty of Home Economics, Department of Clothing, and completed the master's program in Architecture at the Graduate School of Home Economics at the same university. Served as Art Director at CRAZY Inc., then, after working as a design consultant, became independent. While focusing on social business, developed a desire to solve social issues in a fun and personal way. Believes that real-world experiences foster people's imagination and values designing beautiful and comfortable experiences.

Born in Saitama Prefecture in 1994. Joined a town development company as a new graduate, working in sales administration and new graduate recruitment. After that, worked at three startup companies that tackled various social issues to realize a better society, gaining experience in human resources, public relations, and customer support before joining Zukai Souken. Also works as a freelance writer.

Graduated from the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, Kobe University and completed a Master's course in Architecture at the Graduate School of Engineering, Kobe University. Studied urban development and disaster recovery. Worked as an architect at Kansai International Airport, involved in a large-scale terminal renovation project from the basic plan to the start of construction. Joined Zukai Soken to pursue ways to create businesses that are both economically and socially beneficial. Spent his childhood in the United States, and is strong in English. Has played soccer and futsal for 24 years.

Gen Nakamori
Researcher/Designer at Illustrated Research Institute
Born in Tokyo in 1991. Graduated from the Department of Information Design at Tama Art University. He mainly works on on-screen design, analog game production, and music production. He is passionate about designing digital tools that people use, such as apps and services. His main works include "Bizgram" and "PURPOSE MODEL STUDIO" by Illustrated Research Institute, as well as "J-POP Karuta Karuta", "Machi no Coin", and "Tonamel".
