Shogo Minemura

Service designer. Graduated from the Graduate School of Musashino Art University with a master's degree in design and design. After graduating from Aoyama Gakuin University, she worked in textile planning, development and sales at a textile trading company. In 2015, she joined FABRIC TOKYO, where she was in charge of creative direction and BX design and service design. On October 1, 2020, Design Day, she founded Zoukei Kousaku Co., Ltd.

Tetsuro Kondo (Charlie)
Representative director of visual think tank "Zukai Soken." Graduated from the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, Tokyo University of Science. Completed a Master's course at the Graduate School of Engineering, Chiba University, majoring in Architecture and Urban Science. In 2018, "Business Model 2.0 Illustrated Book" (KADOKAWA), which illustrates business models from overseas startups to large corporations, became a best-seller with 90,000 copies sold, and won the 2019 GOOD DESIGN AWARD for "Business Model Illustration." In 2020, he founded Zukai Soken. He has co-authored books such as "Purpose Model," "Accounting Map," and "How to Create Illustrations that Understand Business Mechanisms."
