We handled the planning, design, and operation of a seminar for "N Salon," a new community launched through a partnership between Nikkei and note. N Salon combines the best of both worlds—NIKKEI's "business" and note's "creativity"—to provide a place of learning for all kinds of people.

We led a seminar called "Business Model Diagram Camp," creating a participatory community where people learn together while sharing the diagrams they made. It's content we want to deliver to those who want to learn the mechanics of business creatively through diagrams, and to those who feel they aren't good at business. The goal is to turn that sense of weakness into "Maybe business is interesting!"

We named it a "camp" because we didn't want it to be mere lecture-style learning—we wanted it to be a place where, just as you spend time outdoors on your own, participants gain learning on their own initiative and learn from one another. We intended to create an environment that brings out that effect to the fullest.
