A joint recruiting event born from a book
In January 2026, ZUKAI published "Business Model 3.0 Encyclopedia" (KADOKAWA). Across five axes—economy, society, creativity, co-creation, and adaptability—it explores what businesses of the coming era can look like through 50 case studies.
The idea for this joint recruiting event came up at the publication party afterward: "What if the companies featured in the book held a joint recruiting event together?"
Creating a place to choose a company by its purpose
In hiring, choosing a company because you resonate with how its business works and what it stands for is still not the norm. Conditions such as industry, role, and salary come first, and what the company actually thinks and does tends to be learned only later.
Can we reverse that order? Can we create a place where you hear each company's purpose and business model first, and then decide whether to apply? That is the idea behind this event.
Six companies that embody "Business Model 3.0," featured in the book, gather for one night only. Speakers from each company (founders, business leads, HR staff, and others) will talk about the background and purpose of their work in their own words.
