Shogo Minemura
Service Designer
Master's graduate of the Department of Creative Innovation, Graduate School of Creative Innovation, Musashino Art University. After graduating from Aoyama Gakuin University, he joined a textile trading company as a new graduate, working in textile planning, development, and sales. In 2015, he joined FABRIC TOKYO, and after leading the creative team, took charge of BX design and service design. On October 1, 2020, Design Day, he founded Zokei Koso Inc.

Tetsuro Kondo (Charlie)
Representative Director of the visual think tank "ZUKAI." Graduated from the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, Tokyo University of Science. Completed a master's degree in Architecture and Urban Science, Graduate School of Engineering, Chiba University. In 2018, "Business Model 2.0 Illustrated" (KADOKAWA), which illustrated the business models of companies ranging from overseas startups to large enterprises, became a bestseller with 90,000 copies sold, and "Business Model Illustrated" won the 2019 GOOD DESIGN AWARD. In 2020, he founded ZUKAI. His co-authored works include "Purpose Model," "The Map of Accounting," and "How to Create Diagrams That Make Business Mechanisms Understandable."
