In developing the tool, we made it a tool based on a common format that makes it visually easy to understand "who," "to whom," "why," "what," and "how" an activity is carried out. |

About This Project
The "Scenario Model"—a tool for diagramming the activities of organizations and NPOs working to solve social issues—has been released!
It is a diagramming tool developed in the hope of solving the "difficulty of communicating" and accelerating and advancing each organization's activities.
To help more people use the Scenario Model, we are releasing a guidebook showing how to use it along with a practice sheet.

This project started in 2021 and took shape through many rounds of discussion and workshops.
It is deeply moving to have finally reached its release.
