The "Business Model Diagram Toolkit" is a PowerPoint file containing the templates, parts, and icons needed to diagram business models yourself.

In this renewal, we have incorporated the latest versions of parts and icons that have changed over time into the PowerPoint file.

In addition, to make diagramming business models even simpler and more interesting, we have newly added the "Bizgram Toolkit Manual" (PDF), which describes how to create business model diagrams and the thinking behind them.

The manual explains easy-to-understand procedures for diagramming, as well as business model concepts such as "customer value and business value."
