On January 29, 2026, we published the "ZUKAI IMPACT REPORT 2024-2025," which brings together the work of ZUKAI's third fiscal year (July 2024 to June 2025).

Why we published it
We think sales figures and the number of projects alone do not convey well what our work produced. We put it into a report to leave a record we can look back on.
It is a record for ourselves, and also a basis for conversations with people we will work with from here on. We wrote it so that the assumptions behind our decisions at the time can be checked later.
What the report covers
- The structure of the social issues ZUKAI works on
- The idea of spreading diagrams as a shared language
- The structure of our business across commissioned work, our own projects and co-creation
- Outputs such as books and Bizgram
- Cases of training, ongoing support and co-creation
- The spread of our activities in numbers
- Environmental considerations and how we work
It covers the twelve months from July 2024 to June 2025, our third fiscal year. Work that has progressed since then is not included. "Business Model 3.0 Visual Guide," released in January 2026, is also outside the scope of this report.
