On Tuesday, April 21, 2026, Tetsuro Kondo and Makoto Okiyama of ZUKAI Inc. spoke at "Public Policy Snack," a study session held in Toranomon, Tokyo.
"Public Policy Snack" is hosted by Cross Border Inc. People who work in public policy and public affairs gather to hear real cases of rule-making and discuss them.
What we talked about
We spoke about Seisaku Zukai, our book published in December 2023, which diagrams national policies with a shared nine-cell format.
The second half was a workshop. Participants wrote down the purpose, target, means, and stakeholders of a policy on a worksheet.
We also introduced the products ZUKAI is developing.
Our books were on sale at the venue.
In memory of Minoru Ogiso
Minoru Ogiso, who hosted this session and invited us, passed away in June 2026. We are grateful to him for creating a place where policy and diagrams could meet, and we offer our deepest condolences.
