On Wednesday, July 29, 2026, we held a joint recruiting event by companies and organizations featured in "Business Model 3.0 Visual Guide" at "Kyoso LOUNGE" on the 9th floor of Marui Group's head office in Nakano, Tokyo. ZUKAI organized it, and Marui Group Co., Ltd. provided the venue.

The aim of the event and who it was for are described in the news post from when we launched the event site. This post reports on the day itself.

We had announced six organizations, but the five above took part on the day.

How the day was structured

So that presenters and participants could talk in the same room, instead of participants only listening to companies, we set aside a long stretch for conversation after the presentations, and planned the day in this order.

  1. Opening: ZUKAI, as organizer, talks about the book and the purpose of the event
  2. Check-in: participants and people from the presenting organizations mix and introduce themselves to those nearby
  3. Presentations by the five organizations: a representative of each talks in turn about how their business works and the thinking behind it
  4. Conversation: in two halves, people gather around the presenters to talk. Each circle keeps one seat empty so that someone arriving later can join
  5. Free time: with no fixed slots, people talk with whoever they want to

How this event came about

It started at the book's launch event in March 2026. That was the first time the featured companies met one another, and the idea of creating a joint recruiting occasion came up there. We prepared it together with the companies that showed interest.
